STAFF!!! The Staff were SO friendly!! Jaye is a gem and answered all questions with kindness and a smile. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfy! Great for a comfy stay the night before your flight at Sanford Orlando. Loved the clean room and delightful King size bed. Great pillows. Table and chairs, TV, fridge, microwave. We were shuttled to and from Airport, wonderful and so appreciated. Loved the GENEROUS breakfast!! Eggs, sausage, waffles, hot cereal, cold cereal, breads. Coffee machine makes Cappuccino, Latte, Hot chocolate, Mocha, Reg or Decaf coffee - available 24 hours! Also, a breakfast to go if you have an early flight! Computer and free printer in lobby if you need to print your Boarding pass. LOVE LOVE this hotel!!

Terrence greeted us when we arrived, exhausted, around midnight. He was cheerful, helpful and efficient at getting us booked for the morning shuttle to pick up our rental car and into our room with all the info we needed. He was there again at breakfast to greet us with a big smile and conversation. The room and breakfast were both very good, but it was the personal interactions with Terrence that made it out of the ordinary. Even our 8 and 10 year boys commented on what a nice person he was.

excellent location and easily accessible and visible despite nearby road construction. REAL BREAKFAST, with vegan/vegetarian options for those who want/need it Spacious clean rooms with none of that 'old hotel/Goodwill store' smell ( Holiday Inn I'm talking to you!) Staff very pleasant and knowledge about the hotel , amenities and nearby attractions incl the SFB airport which they provide a shuttle and parking for!

I have stayed on this property several times. The staff have always been very nice. The rooms have been clean and pleasant to stay in. The pool area isnt super big, but it has always been clean and open. When family comes in to town this is my go to place to stay. the rates are usually always reasonable. I enjoyed each of my stays and will continue to use this property in the future.

I was in town unfortunately for a funeral. Due to my late/early arrival, I didn't want to show up to my family's house at that hour. I was very happy with the fact that the facility is staffed 24/7 and I was able to check in @ 5 am. I could smell breakfast cooking and although I didnt partake it did smell delicious. The room was as described and clean.
